  • Reach Out Within 14 Days: If your print isn't quite what you envisioned, please let me know within 14 days of receiving it. I'm here to listen and work with you to ensure you're delighted with your art.

  • Condition for Returns/Exchanges: To keep things smooth for both of us, I ask that you return the print in its original condition. It's all about trust and respect for the art and the process.

  • About the Shipping Costs: I charge nothing extra for exchanging or restocking your piece – it's all part of my commitment to you and the art. The only thing you'll need to cover is the postage for sending back the original print and, if you're exchanging, the shipping for the new piece to make its way to you. I wish I could cover it, but as a small business, this is the best way to keep my art accessible and continue creating.

  • Processing Your Return/Exchange: Once I receive the returned piece, I'll get straight to work on your refund or exchange. It's my priority to ensure you end up with a piece of art that you absolutely love.
