3. Refund Policy
3.1 Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.
3.2 Coaching Services: All coaching session purchases are final. Refunds or rescheduling will not be offered unless agreed upon in writing due to extraordinary circumstances.
3.3 Prints: If you’re not satisfied with your print, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition for Returns/Exchanges: Prints must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. This ensures the integrity of the artwork.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning prints and, in the case of exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item. There are no additional restocking or exchange fees.
Processing: Once the returned print is received and inspected, I will process your refund or send your exchange promptly.
3.4 By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
4. Payments
4.1 Payment for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4.2 Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of your payment provider.
4.3 All prices listed are in AUD and include applicable taxes where required.
5. Coaching Services
5.1 Coaching sessions must be booked using the link provided after purchase.
5.2 Clients must complete a pre-session questionnaire to ensure sessions are tailored to their goals.
5.3 Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
6. Creative Circle Membership
6.1 Membership subscriptions include access to exclusive weekly emails, monthly live Q&A sessions, and related content.
6.2 Membership is billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled.
6.3 Cancellation of membership will result in removal from the mailing list and access to future content.
6.4 No refunds are offered for canceled memberships or unused subscription periods.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content provided, including guides, templates, emails, and session materials, is the intellectual property of Shira Bentley Pty Ltd.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without explicit written permission.
7.3 Unauthorised use of our materials will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.
